Good, professional, friendly medical team. Easy to book appointments online. Reception staff ok. Nice, clean facility. Would definitely recommend. In fact, I drive there all the way from the south of Johannesburg.
Really impressed with Dr Kathrada's GP service. She listens attentively and asks relevant questions without making you feel uncomfortable. She even tells you things other Dr's failed to mention/identify. A consultation with her is definitely value for money. So grateful.
The doctors are ok, the admin a total and utter clown show! Lack of skill is carefully hidden behind bad and patronising attitude. The cherry was being charged almost R 135 for a script to replace a medication. Talk of rip-offs in the 'health-care' sector!
Superior Services!! On my last visit I had a lung infection, my Dr , Dr Fick put me on a drip and I was hundreds in a few hours!!!
Check your bills carefully, they will charge you for visits and when you play not reflect the payment. They have been unable to prove where my credit with them came from and then handed me over to a collector. The staff are rude and unhelpful, they have made bookings wrong dates on numerous occasions then want to charge you when you don't show up. I was a patient here for 10 years and can recommend some of the Drs but can not recommend the facility, they will steal your money.
Been going here 25 years. But lately they are rubbish. They say a fish rots from the head and I put the blame on the practise manager and management team, not taking accountability or apologizing when my file was lost by a new member of the team, who didn't seem to be helped by colleagues, but was blamed instead. R500 for a doctor to fill in some paperwork for me that could have been solved with a phone call. You've lost my business and it makes me sad.
Dr Fick and Dr Kathrada are friendly and professional, im not sure about the others. If they are off, i will wait until they come back. Im not sure about receptionists, i've never seen their smile.
I had a consultation with Dr Korro. He was great - friendly and personable. My interaction with the ladies at reception was a bit awkward, not sure if it was me, but a couple of them were not very welcoming. So in summary, doctor was great and front desk staff not so great. FYI, consult fee was R530.
Dr Fick is the greatest. He is super kind and the most natural, comforting way possible.
I have been coming here for 20 years, but the service from the admin side has become progressively worse to the point where I have started going to a different provider. The doctors are good but the reception and admin staff make the whole experience an unpleasant chore.
