Parts ordered and paid for 4 weeks ago. No feedback provided as to when I will receive them. No follow through with comments made. Most disappointing service.

I dont think Mercedes Commercial does anything to improve their quality of service when it comes to collecting and buying parts. The amount of time that gets wasted when waiting for parts, its really not a joke. As im standing here infront of your parts collection desk while writing this review, waiting almost 40 minutes just for 1 single part while there are only 2 other customers next to me, so in total 3 customers which causes a 40 minute waiting period??? I dont even want to know what kind of a mess it will be when you have more than 10 customers buying parts at once. Whoever runs this department clearly has no clue what's going on in his/her own department.

I love this place because the Genuine service parts, labour is the cheapest all over Gauteng  even the kits are affordable friendly service advisors professional job will be performed in your vehicle happy customer is the priority. ITS THE BEST OR NOTHING
