Greeted gentleman at front desk with absolutely no reply back, downhill from there. Quite rude to customers in my experience.

Not very friendly and they don't sell tranzistorius.

R50 for a generic 10k potentiometer...800% higher than standard. Yeah, nah

I have to say whatch out for this company, there costomer service is non existent. I bought few itmes from him and a day later found something better that would work for my application. I whet to ask for a refund and than was shown a placard that they do not exept any returnd or refund. This was not shownt to me on purchas. If it would have been i might have not bought the items. The gentalmen is rude and also do not care about assisting his clients and do not care point blank.  I will stress do not use this company there is much better places to assist you in your electronic  needs.

Not very helpful at all. I've been there 5 or 6 times to buy some simple components like switches, or connectors or even a battery, and they have never stocked anything I'm looking for. When I ask if they have that particular component or something similar the answer is always a simple "No". I get the feeling that the gentleman working there is really not interested in customer satisfaction. Today was the last time I wasted energy going there.

The item I enquired about was quite pricey. I got it for third of the price at another Electronics shop. The 'gentleman' I spoke with did not seem very keen to assist either. Had his back turned before I could even ask another question. Definitely NOT going back.

The gentleman that works there could be more engaging. It would seem he is not really a peoples person. I felt very unwelcome there. They had what I was looking for, though.

Not very helpfull at all. Rather go somewhere else. Gentleman that assisted turned his back on me while I still busy talking.  No stock on basics.
