For me I think they deserve 5 starts, went there to get parts for my Mec and I got all the help I needed quickly

Bought my 4th car here and always the best service. Today was no exception, a warning on the dash and the service counter helped me immediately. The technician came and explained the issue and resolved it immediately.

Great service, check the GL 63 suv, powerful, but a family 7 seater option will have been a great addition

I purchase parts from this dealership regularly even though they are not the closest branch. Always receive excellent service from David. He is always on point and often goes out of his way to get what we need.

Fine and quick service but no shuttle. Covid is over and we struggle getting to work. Please improve on that.

Going backwards fast. Been asking for a quote for a week now. No one phones back. On hold forever until someone puts the phone down in my ear. Been a loyal customer for years, no longer.

This dealership is FRAUD!!! I took my car in for the coolant, I was told the coolant was leaking and the car can’t be driven because it will cause further, however the part in question had to be ordered from Germany and will take up to 40 days to come. I was told I had to get a courtesy within 72 hours and that Mercedes Benz South Africa would call me to facilitate the process. The following day I phoned I to query the car feedback, Karen started to give me stories about how they still haven’t received any feedback from Mercedes Benz South Africa. A few hours later she phoned me back to tell me how they have located the water coolant somewhere in the country but she’s not Whereabout in the country it is. An hour later she called me again to let me know that there’s a coolant that had just arrived that was ordered for another client who is from Mpumalanga and they will use that part and wait for the other part which is somewhere in the country to fit it onto the other car whenever it arrives. This whole experience was very dodgy!!!!!!!!!! I went back to fetch my car to book it at another dealership, this dealership is Indian owned - they don’t replace parts, they recondition and use old parts and claim from motor plans, that is FRAUD!!!!!

I called the dealership with regards to a pre owned GLC43 AMG - I was interested in buying it, the individual who answered did not even state he’s name, he blatantly lied and said he’s busy with a client he’ll call back I did not mind and said okay. I waited 1-2 hours and no call. It is now the second day of waiting. Absolutely disgusted in the service. I am a regular customer of Mercedes Benz and this is how they treat a regular customer I can only imagine how they treat a new individual to the brand. P.S I gave the man my phone number and email still nothing.
