Went into the police station this evening, it was busy.One couldn't help overhear enquiries and cases. The team of duty were ever ready to assist, they were professional in dress code and conduct with the public.That's very rare in these times.Captain Ramabulaunsure of spelling,sorryis absolutely humble and hands-on.Excellent example to his team.Thank you.

This morning the copper pipe which brings water to our house was stolen. The Edenvale police were on the scene within a few minutes of being called. We asked them to file the case quickly so we would have a case number for insurance. They did it within an hour. I am impressed with their care and speed.

Dont bother coming here for PCC, the lady who does it is RUDE! And what an attitude.. she tells me to go to Bedfordview then Sebenza SAPS Please make payment R160 for PCC and bring POP then you need Proof of address, Employment letter if you work in edenvale and copy of your ID. Go to Sebenza SAPS for help.

Possibly the most incompetent, crude officers I've ever encountered. Went in to open an accident report, had to spend 15 minutes justifying to the attending officer why the accident falls under their domain. Following that, the attending officer refused to lend me a pen to fill in the AR and asked me what I'm going to do about it. Well done gents..

Rude,arrogent people They just sat there and did not offer any assistance for some while . They were of no help. I was there to lay a charge, they told me that I can't do it here, cause if I do, it will take 1 month to go to that particular station. I then called them around 5 to 6 times and there was no answer, but 6 to 7 police officers was sitting with no mask amd on their phones phones watching TV. Rude people who will not help you when you need to helped.

Always full of attitude when you in and need them to take action. Tried calling them because I heard 3 gunshots a street behind my house, the numbers don't even ring. So how do we contact them if we need them. Useless!!!

I went to the charge Office on a Saturday afternoon. The officers on duty were watching the PSL Soccer match and they were very reluctant to help me. They answered my question in a basic way and put pressure on me to leave so they could keep watching the soccer match. Then I went there recently and asked one of the detectives investigating a case a question. He didn't answer me but asked a question instead, in that he asked "am I an attorney". The other detective was also very aggressive and he threatened me to stay away from their case and I was very stressed out.

This station is notorious for its officers looking for bribes. The cops I have dealt with affiliated to this station have been arrogant and rude. Let's get one thing straight, and this goes to every officer in the country - you have a CHOICE doing the job you do. If you don't like it or are unhappy with your salary then go look for a different job! But this mindset that it is now the problem of the common people to sort out your salary for you has got to stop. You're supposed to be a help, not a hindrance. No wonder people take the law into their own hands if they feel they have no trust in the law at hand. Have some morals man! To the police who do actually try to fight and combat crime in the area, thank you. I know you are there, you are just unfortunately shaded by the riffraff.

I went therr looking for the saps to escort me to a certain company.. I was welvomed with a friendly smile, i dont know what the guy is but MR Kgomo made my experience at saps so pleasant, the whole team on duty, a lady with shory hair wears specs, and the officer that was going to take us. Were so helpful and happy to help. Ive never had such an amazing experience with SAPS... They were so funny and friendly with everyone. Thank you Guys Rebone

The police lady helped me with the Police Clearance Certificate was very helpful and kind. Forgot to bring a ID copy with me when I first go there, she took my ID and photocopied for me. Overall the Certificate took around 3 weeks to complete and ready to collect
