Highly disappointed in the unprofessionalism my parents and I experienced at this practice, not necessarily by the doctors but by their staff/secretary who supposedly are supposed to make us feel welcome. I had an appointment for 2pm they then messaged to ask to move it to 12 I agreed I however gave heads up that I was going to be late as I am from work, they allegedly close at 12:30. When I left work there was loadshedding meaning the robots were not working I was stuck in traffic. First point: You let the client know in advance of your closing times should you guys close earlier, you do not send a message 15 minutes before closing time to tell them you’re closing, you were supposed to tell me when you moved the appointment that you would like to close at 12:30 not that the practice actually closes at 12:30 Point2: If my appointment was at 12 it means we would still be busy with the doctor by 12:30 so why were you already closed at 12:15. Point 3: Learn to respect all people of all races and manner of approach is everything you cannot speak to someone with a condescending tone, even if you feel you are better than someone leave that feeling at home and be professional at work, it’s clear you think that illiterate black people do not deserve respect. Lastly next time you want to gossip about clients please make sure we cannot hear or understand you. Thanks Octavia_R
Dr. Lizandi Schoeman was fantastic! Easy to talk to and very friendly as well. She was thorough in her assessment which was refreshing. Left feeling so much better and would definitely go back again.
Dr Ashley is great. She made us feel like we having a conversation with a family member who is in the medical field. She was also great with our son and very informative. The receptionists are also very friendly and welcoming.
Dr Lizandi Schoeman is absolutely amazing! Professional, efficient and I felt like a new person after seeing her. Would definitely recommend seeing her if you are in need of a Chiropractor.
