For sure its a world in one store. There is a variety of products in this store. I love this way of tackling business.  There is a whole lot of a range of products. The place is neat. The staff are friendly.  I went there looking for material to make sheets.... the staff took me around until I got what I wanted.

Bought a dish washer and air fryer. Was an excellent deal. However the dish washer came damaged cosmetically. The box were undamaged so I would assume it came from factory like this. Contacted the seller and they gave us a small rebate for the problem as we didn't want to deal with hassle of returning the item and wait for another. Overall good experience knowing they have good aftersales support.would buy again.

I not only received the best price for MS Office 365 by far, but the truly wonderful Eva Malakalaka went above and beyond to ensure that the entire purchase process went smoothly -- and all by phone. I literally had the product key within minutes of confirming payment. The service I received from Eva was exceptional, and I cannot recommend MHC World highly enough.

I am very impressed with their online order and delivery process. I ordered and paid for an LG 18kg washing machine online on 30 March and it was delivered in perfect condition on 31 March.  The price was the lowest compared to all the other major retailers. If that isn't excellent service, then I don't know what is. Best of all, the machine works like a dream. I'm happy all-round

From my first interaction, the staff at Cellular at Mhc demonstrated top-tier customer service. They were attentive, accommodating, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I had a contract as i needed. This made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.  Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

I would just like to say that I am completely satisfied with the service received on purchasing from this site. Honestly I was skeptical, however It was exceeded above my expectations. I am based in Cape Town and placed an order on Thursday. It arrived today -Monday. That doesn't even happen here in Cape Town. So Thank you MHC. Also absolutely love my purchase.

I spoke to Queen from appliances yesterday. We purchased a Defy 8kg toploader. Since enquiring till completion of the order we received the best support, she kept engagingwith us and ensuring our product were delivered on the promised time. MCH this is a shout out to Queen for delivering excellent service

Worst customer service ever. What upsets me the most is that they do not get back you with updates, to points where they ignore your phone calls after checking in. Disappointed deeply in the level of help I did not receive from the store. From staff to the supervisor the service was below average.  Would not recommend  And it is an amazing store but the level of service from its employees is  disappointing

this is bad service always try to rob me with the price i used to always make my dress with metro but now they change their prices there’s so set price from R1850 to R2900?? it’s started the prices at R950 last year a year later it’s in the R2000s ??? it just doesn’t feel right i know their employees try to make a cut but don’t rob me no mahn i rather go somewhere !!! there’s no set price rather stay away they will mess up your dress as always ! same
