One of my favourite hardware shops. Good helpful service and they also have very discounted items from time to time
Their prices are good but they need to have enough stock.
I have been using Celtis Ridge Mica, since the first day that they opened their doors. The service has always been top class, and you can truly see the owners' involvement and passion reflected in both the service that their staff offers, as well as in the products that they stock. Even though I have a hardware store less than 800m from my house, I will rather drive the additional 2km to Mica Celtis Ridge, as I know that they will have what I need, and I will get the best service also.
Beware there's a worker posing as a plumber. He gave me his number, and quoted R800 to "fix" my blocked drains. I had to call armed response as his fees went up to R1500 for replacing a Y joint. He even treathened me, he goes by the name Welcome. Be alert, management was not helpful when I called them, they said it's a private deal, even though numbers were exchanged on their premises. Stay safe.
Have always supported this local store but the first time I had an issue with a gas heater purchased form them they showed just how customer orientated they can be. While complaining the owners wife escaped to her office while she left her staff to deal with the customer. Truly dissapointed. Will rather take my business else where
Great staff,they assist you with passion. If you not very knowledgeable about what you want to buy, you are in safe hands. Store is well managed. I find their assistance better than that of major retailers
They should write their trading hours on the doors.security at the shopping center couldn’t help with info either
I always get what I want. And the employees are so helpful. If it wasn't the employees I was going to buy in any Hardware. If am confused not knowing exactly what I want, I will look for their leader and He is so obedient.
After buying some supplies just before closing time I had to rush back into the shop for some locks I forgot. Instead of welcoming me back and encouraging another sale, one employee made a valger gesture behind my back. Unfortunately I turned around and saw as she raised her middle finger at me. I was clearly interrupting her scheduled plans for the evening. It's the white trash with the pink hair working there. I won't be returning before you dismiss her. I'm also caucasian, so no racial motives here! Check you CCTV at closing time 20 Nov.
Friendly service. Went to get my keys cut, they are affordable, compared to another Mica not far from them.
