What fantastic service from Themba gardening section. He helped me while I was trying to shop with a broken hand.  He created this plant, basket and stand combo and even remembered to add a drip tray. He pushed my trolley and after my purchase he personally came and loaded my car.  Thanks Themba!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Starting from the parking lot guys through the entire store to the cashier. I felt valued as a customer and had a very good experience. Teboho M. also showed me how to place the cantilever cover I bought. Absolutely top notch. Thank you.

Builder has most of what you are looking for and a great garden center. They are also not badly priced, but the reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because sometimes it takes forever to get one of the staff members to help you if you are looking for something or ordering something at the back by the building section. Overall a clean and usually well-stocked hardware store that we frequently visit.

I visit Builders quite frequently, but not going to rate them too high. Compared to their main competitor/s they need to give closer attention to their customers. Their should be more knowledgeable and be more willing to approach customers and not let them wander around aimlessly. This is a common practice. They can learn from others, like Chamberlains

Builders Warehouse Centurion is a great place. Staff is very friendly, very helpful, knows exactly where to find what your looking for and Mr half a banana has a GREAT sense of humor. You can always find what you're looking for. Thanks for the great service.

Unlike Chamberlain, Builders Warehouse needs major improvements. Not enough staff, not as helpful. Sad people. They still insist on you signing a till slip on checkout; why??? This hardware store has so much potential in terms of upping customer service. Just no will apparent from management.

Can get almost anything here but can't get the uv globe or glue board

Awesome service! Maria at DIY probably the best person I dealt with at a hardware store. She new all the products and also had knowledge of where  other products are located.

Had to cut mdf to specific size, they use blunt saws as evident from burn marks on the wood. After I collected I only was able to start working on it after a few days. Sizes were of by 1 to 2mm and in 2 cases even by 9mm ???? To late to go back. Also the guy at Centurion Builders keeps asking for cooldrink money, implying it will get the job done faster.  O and by default they don't seem to give you the offcuts from the wood you paid for

Pathetic service,  i ordered goods in store, paid delivery and goods never arrived,  i followed up numerous times and no one except call center calls back. John James never returned our calls and the numbers he gave doesn't work. I never have issues like this buying from Chamberlain opposite the road. Builders wont see me again
