MY-T-DET is the best cleaning chemical ever that i got from cleaning wearhouse centurion it is a cherry floor cleaner and i love it so much the smell is soo good i love the smell i love it because it is a sweet cherry floor cleaner so much its amazing and lovely and so strong cherry floor cleaner and i also love the aluminum spring clip mop that i have and long ago in 2015 for my birthday i got a mop trolley and a different mop with pine gel i love pine gel soooo much and i also love MY-TDET sooooo much so im thankful for that

I am extremely unhappy with this company . Please do your full homework before dealing with them . I ordered mop caps online , went to pick them up and once I got to my Office found that they were VERY much in bad shape and tore very easily . I took them back and was promised a refund by Olga and owner Matthew , Was promised it will take a week to do refund , and now I must keep phoning and THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONES . This people don’t get back to you , avoid calls and whatsapp messages .

What a pleasant surprise, It did take a bit longer to deliver however, the products are really good quality, industrial quality, I have been looking forever to purchase good cleaning products, I have found it now. Thank you Cleaning Hub

Update: After getting in contact with the owner, my refund was processed within a week. Thanks Original rating: 1 star Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other reviews here - I've also been scammed. Sure refunds take time to process due to various checks, but surely not 4 months?? My story started somewhat different: Placed an online order on the 12th of March 2020, but after making payment via PayFast, the order never completed on their online store. After enquiring about this and not getting any clear direction on the matter, I decided to cancel the order, and request a refund instead. Needless to say that after countless requests for updates, my refund is still outstanding. Can I request for a final time for this matter to be resolved??

Great staff always helpful, I just call they prepare my order and when I get to the shop everything is ready for me to pay. Excellent service!! Will recommend for both families and businesses.

I placed an order online and I needed a refund as I realized the sanitizer does not contain alcohol, I noticed this in 10 minutes and tried calling in to the store to no avail. I then sent an email 17 minutes after placing the order and I three days later no response. I have sent two emails, daily. I have called Olga who is as useless as the letter 'g' in lasagna! I have tried to escalate this issue to her manager Matthew who is working from home but no one is store can reach him on his mobile, this has been a headache! I do not understand how is Olga in the position she is in if she cant get back to clients and or respond to her email!

Ordered online, one of the items wasn't the correct size received too much of a hassle to return and it will still serve its purpose. Delivered loose and unpacked, but within good time.

HORRIBLE! I've been waiting 2 weeks for a reply regarding the Mops that broke not even 2 months after the original purchase - tried calling, but they keep on referring me to other people in the company. Please confirm how I can message you as I don't have any contact details? I have sent numerous emails. Now, 4 months later and I have still not received any form of communication.
