Pulling the plug on high prices

After waiting 3 weeks for someone to call us to collect items that we wanted to purchase. We went back to the store and Kabelo was very helpful and finally assisted us in getting all the items we need. Thank you Kabelo!

I bought a bathtub from the Centurion store and had to help load it myself, the sales lady and I were battling to tie up the bathtub while some of the other sales staff watched, one even had his hands in his pockets. It's a pity this companion doesn't have staff to load purchases and each sales person is expected to make their own plan, it is a flawed system.

Friendly and helpful salesman, good prices and products

It was a wasted experience at BB Centurion. I walked into the store browsing and waiting for a sales consultant; someone no name tag came through after 10min; no one including the manager came forward to assist. It is probably their approach as a few more customers walked in and none of them was assisted unless they asked. The sales consultant's general approach and presentation seemed like he was not interested to be there serving customers. I gave the sales consultant an idea of what I wanted to achieve and wanted him to guide me thereafter on the choices and other parts to consider, etc., but after discussing a part, he would wait for me to continue the discussion. During the process, another consultant came and stood next to initial sales consultant without saying anything. As such, I thought he was waiting to ask something so I allowed him to speak and he said he is a trainee and following around as part of training. Thus, the experience of mentioning all the items and walking all around the store multiple times and asking the sales consultant if there is anything to consider always was painful and I had already decided that I would not do business with them. What makes the experience inefficient also is how the items are laid out in the store. Same items are not grouped together and so it is not easy to visually compare in front of you; you keep walking around to-and-fro checking which items you prefer. This results in a lot of time wasted in the store. The above, coupled with a sales consultant presenting himself disinterested and not driving the engagement as a subject matter expert resulted in a wasted experience to put it in a nice way!.

Great pricing on faucets, sanitary-ware and general bathroom items!!

The store has a good range of affordable sanitary ware as well as floor and wall tiles. The staff is unfortunately not too helpful or friendly. The one person that however has been very helpful and went the extra mile to give advice and assist, is Michelle. Such service is always appreciated. Their delivery service is quite good, and tiles are offloaded and stacked on site at the indicated locations.
