To my opinion this is the best hardware store in Pretoria. It is a family business that has run successfully for many decades. They take pride in delivering good service, but above all, they go the extra mile in providing real expertise about their products together with insight regarding the building industry and its requirements/challenges.  When it comes to products, they provide way more options and in many cases, better quality than the average store.  And to top it all, they even have a coffee shop if your spouse gets a bit carried away with the shopping and you need a bit of rest.  PS: This is a hardware store, and not a beauty parlor, so know what to expect

People are always helpful. I frequently shop there. Competitive pricing.  Suggestion: One needs to be able to cut metal rods and angle iron into sizes and more variety of aluminum pipes need as well - I need two larger pipes and would like to order some but not sure if one can order. So, perhaps some signage for customers to order needs to be displayed, if one can order.

Great place to be and it's easy of serving customers,way different from the other Chamberlain's store around Pretoria.Anything from paints to doors which you can not get from the other branches,here you simply get them with no doubt.Thank Chamberlain Centurion.

I have never had a bad experience here - NEVER !! Everyone is always friendly. The people helping me, has a good knowledge of their products.  And if they don't know. Someone else will be called immediately to assist  !!! Thank you !!!

I love chamberlains. But this one I'd the best I've been to. The staff are extremely helpful and they have an abundance of items, both big and small. If for some reason they don't have what you need they will be able to give alternatives where you may be able to get it.

I must compliment the store on their service. It was busy today and there was a long queue, but every single till had a cashier and within 5 minutes I was out. There were also a number of staff on the floor, ready and clearly willing to help.

This is my favourite hardware shop. A vast range of just about anything one could need for the handyman and DIY enthusiast, supported by well-trained, friendly staff and a wonderful little coffee shop to keep you there longer. Love 'em!

My favorite hardware.. Large range of products at good prices. Great customer service- the best part is the staff.. always ready to help, assist and advise - going the extra mile... and why I will always shop there..

Well priced hardware store. I feel like there is 3 people ready to assist you should you need anything as opposed to its competitors where you spend 5 min just looking for help. For this reason alone I shop here more than anywhere else.

Poor poor service. I spent 30 mins trying to get assistance with power tools. Assistants were hard to find and those I approached  avoided eye contact and disappeared so I left. I then spent R3 500 online with Top Dog tools, overall a much nicer and rewarding experience
