I made a purchase at the store a few days ago and couldn't get over how the female employees received me, it was very unpleasant. All three of them decided to just look at me and not assist. They weren't attending to anyone at the time yet still decided not to assist me.
I went to the MK store on Monday with my Michael Kors bag. I walked through the door and not one staff member came to assist me. I walked up to them to ask for help. Very disappointed to have this happen. The lady I spoke with was very unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome at all. I wanted to ask if I could get a dust bag as I lost mine for my bag. She said no and that was it. I then think it’s very bad that no one in the store knows which leather care is best to use with the bag. Not helpfully at all. I am happy for you to give me an email address I can reach you on rather. I will contact you that way.
Amazing customer service from Fezz! She always goes the extra mile to get me what I need! Positive attitude, forthcoming and extremely helpful from start to end! MK around SA need more staff members like her! Thank you Fezz!!
The worse MK store I have ever been nationally and internationally. Staff are not welcoming, made me remember “pretty women” movie, treating customer according to their looks…, so pity... The manager is so unprofessional, lack the soft skill and good communication. Plus sold me the last size i needed which was on display and refused to give any discount. They don’t represent the MK I know. So sad Just for update. I eventually lodge the complaint with the sandton branch. So nice people / staff there… they even noticed that the back of the shoe for which the discount was refused the sutures were loosed probably by multiple use since it was a display. They did not have my size but they made every effort to make me leave the store with a smile. Ordered my size from Cape Town . I am enjoying it. Thanks guys
Excellent service. I went in for a bag was assisted by a lovely lady and went the extra mile by checking if various stores for stock. The layout as well. They provide both mens and ladies. Definitely be a returning customer
One star is a lot to begin with, staff very not welcoming. You've to play hide and seek game with the staff if you want assistance. Not worth spending a single cent in that store. It should just get new staff or close down.
Generally a big fan of MK as a brand, but was super disappointed by this branch. Came all the way from out of town to pick up a specific watch I requested gave the specific product code and description, followed up with them before I came all the way, just to arrive and see the wrong watch put aside. New update: Fezz from MK subsequently contacted me and apologised for the mishap and offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Probably not going to be around again soon, but appreciated the gesture.
