I can never understand the kind of health care service that is being offered at Micheal Maponya Clinic in Pimville Zone 1,the service is beyond poor, seems like everyone who is supposed to help is on lunch no one at the allocation desk and there are supposed to be 2 people being stationed but there is no one on sight. Someone maybe dying and yet they won't care about anyone.
Don't like it wouldn't recommend one to go to this clinic. Had a bad experience twice here with two nurses being rude without knowing your situation. No compassion at all. These are nurses working on pregnant women by the way. 0 out of 10 honestly!
They Midwives, guards, nurses they are hardworking and always try to attend to everyone needs. People don't respect others lunch or tea breaks and they expect nurses to work overtime and assist them which is unfair because medical facilities can be exhausting and if they don't take these breaks how can they function or work properly because this job is demanding. Everytime they come back they worse so fast I appreciate them alot. When you come early you leave early, you come after 11 don't expect to leave at 12. It's a public clinic , there's alot of people. Had an implant removal here and had some challenges because it was too deep but the Dr and the nurse working at family planning department were both patient and very caring...didn't get their surnames but they're both sweet people who love their jobs.
The worst clinic EVER!!!!!! A WASTE OF TIME! RUBBISH, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! When taking a urine sample you have to reuse cups that were used by other people and you have to wash them. Then that damn useless Tsonga man who was assigned to check those samples has the nerve to tell me I mustn't hold the cup with the paper that they gave me but I must rather look for tissue, Tissue that they don't even have. There is no cleanliness whatsoever, rubbish service is what they excel in. WHY IS THIS CLINIC STILL OPEN?? WHY GOVERNMENT!???? We sat for 2 hours waiting to be assigned to the doctors rooms that we had to go to because that useless man went to his pretend lunch for 3 hours. This is the quality of service black people give us but jump when a white person is on sight. You can't even complain to no one because the useless person who is supposed to be managing things on site is not even present and the co-workers all don't see anything wrong with anything. WHY IS THAT PLACE STILL OPEN? WHY!!!!!!! THERE IS RUBBISH OUTSIDE BUT IT'S A CLINIC, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???
I had to wait for over 3hrs, understandably so, due to the coronavirus protocols. The guards are very professional and respectful. The nurses that provide immunizations to babies were rather disrespectful; didn't like them at all Sister Nonny , not sure how it's spelt at room number 2 for children was the BEST ! Loves her job and does it very well...Loooooved her. She's definitely the reason for these five stars!! Public healthcare centers need people like her
All the nurses there have the same values which are tea, lunch, knocking off and getting paid for that. They don't value people, life and time. They don't know how to talk to patients as if we are the ones who forced the to take that career. I take they don't know what they go there to do that is why we seek help from other clinics because no matter what sickness we have we always received ADCODONS even worse that the nurse denied that I have the sickness without even taking tests.
Nurse assisting to allocate where the patient must go it's very rude ans agitated south regards to people doesn't have people's skills especially to people that are sick. It's as if she didn't want to be here or doesn't like working here
I resent this clinic cause they make the frail and elderly wait outside in the cold without chairs or supervision
I basically work there we work around the clock to bring you the best service
