No work ethics at all... He just answered the phone while I was talking two time... He gave me a quote after I went to another sales person I got a different quotation... It doesn't end there they gave me price to fit a part in store... When I get there huh huh a different quatation again.

Communication and customer care skills very poor. The guy at the counter lacks communication skills, speaks to you without even looking at you, looking at the computer. I asked for a quote and to book and he is like "First come first serve." I would drive to Pretoria for assistance but because m desperate of time I am forced to go here but otherwise I have no confidence and m praying for the best.

It's price friendly, and u get what you need for your car

Some staff members lack communication skills for their position. Prices are inflated as the services continues.

Level of service nd affordable

Absolutely useless!!! Tried to call them was put on hold for +- 10min then when they finally answered he asked me to hold again. Spent the next 10 min listening to him and his friend have a conversation.. After all that he answers and then pretends he can't hear me and hangs up. Enough to make me wanna go mad!!!

Good service, however, time consciousness is a bit of an issue, you have to be prepared to wait, and do enquire as to the progress of your vehicle if waiting for too long, they may be done with it and not inform you, but good service. Your vehicle may be stalled while they're attending to it, as a result, take too long, and the music is too loud.

I have been treated this bad as a customer ! The wheel alignment guy told me 2 buy wheelbearings tierodends and rackends , only to find out there's nothing wrong with rackends . When i took them back no one wants to help me even that incompetent manager! I m so frustrated i will never buy at those bullys again
