I don't understand how you work. We had no electricity for more than 24hours at Kanana EXT 5 and surrounding areas and your doing nothing and no one is answering your landline, Why do you have a landline when there's no one who can answer it. You've got poor service

I don't understand how you work. We had no electricity for more than 24hours and your doing nothing. We've got multi references and you keep on lying to the community. Your city power for nothing. You've got poor service.

I have been without electricity for 2days now and when i follow up im being told that it has been escalated

Sending emails and they give me Reference number but they don't come it's been 4 days now

I've been trying to log Calls since morning and they not even picking up their phones, poorer service one gets here

I have been logging calls since Saturday but they're failing to resolve our issues

I was assisted promptly and with much kindness.

Need i say more
