Shop is crowded but the staff is amazing

I always find the tools and things that I am looking for - never disappoints. The staff are very helpful and will provide guidance where sought. Very helpful for a novice DIYer such as myself.

Good location, with safe parking. Well organized store. You can easily find whatever you want to purchase or easily get assistance from their ever friendly and professional staffs. Their wares are always of excellent quality and returns are accepted, provided the goods are not damaged.

I used to shop here often, but loading up takes long and quality of some stuff is poor. I used to shop here. Convenience is not everything when you have to waste time getting your order picked.

I visisted and purchased a few things from here in 2011/2012. Im not sure if they have new management now, but back then it was well run, well stocked and well priced. I wasnt too happy about the quality of some of their stuff, but then you need to decide what you need and what you want to buy from there. Not a bad place, good prices, convenient as well.

I bought Pvc ceiling and cornice, delivery transport was arranged on the spot. Excellent service from sales representative Phats. I am referring more customers. Keep up the good work Phats, your good customer service and friendliness is highly appreciated and cannot go unnoticed.

Salespersons offer excellent services but management are letting down the business especially the Indian manager in charge of the machines that cut the boards upstairs. The manager is very rude, stubborn and lacks customer care.
