I avoided reviewing them early. It’s been about six months and my back pain is gone…hence a 5
What a terrible service, never got to even see the doctor. I booked an appointment, the lady at reception kept on singing towards some music playing on the tv and I was in pain. I waited for 35 minutes, there was no one else at the waiting room except me. I just could not take the long wait when I was on time for my appointment. The receptionist could not be bothered, did not even tell me why I was waiting that long.
Great service! My experience was more than I had expected from a medical professional. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The Physiotherapist demonstrated great knowledge of his work. He explained my medical condition to me and explained further what he was going to do to assist me. Great service indeed!
The physiotherapist and radiologist attended to me very quickly. The facilities and services are spectacular! I'd go back again.
First visit was good and equally professional, I am grateful for it. The practitioner examined my problem area, taking me through the muscle types and explaining to me what the certain painful areas are called and why they get hurt. He took his time to identify the origin of the pain and then proceeded to treating. The second visit was a total disaster. I am shocked they even put a claim in. It was the same as going to see a completely different physio to the one you saw on the first appointment. What good is that? The second practitioner was over 50 min late for my 09h00 appointment, simply applied ointment on my legs, said a few speeches about stretching something which I do anyway and regard as important then went on to suggest a 3rd appointment. Unbelievable!
Great service and I enjoyed my sessions.
Exceptional service....highly recommended
