How disappointing. I am staying at the Wild Coast Sun and needed medication urgently. Sent numerous emails and called with no service rendered.

Don't expect  your medicine after sending proof of payment,  this is apparently  not enough  even though you are a repeat  client  .. disappointed with their approach as any other company  a proof of payment stamped by the bank suffices.
