Theyve been quite the shambles of late. They no longer update their website with launch details for specific releases, leaving you guessing. When you call into to the store to ask the guys that pick up sound clueless and give conflicting information. Their insta account no longer replies to questions about launch dates when they used to in the past. Pitiful communication.

They dont have the sneakers on their wedsite in store,even when their ads say only purchase in store- no sizes on a launch day. How! Staff is the worst yo the staff basically agure about what they advertise on there company website rather go to cross trainner or shelf life better service better people just a better experience.

Not great after sales service . Think twice before ordering . They are not very helpful after they mess up your order. When an item says in stock on their website, it is not a TRUE REFLECTION of their actual stock on hand . They will not go above and beyond for their clients .

I walked into the store yesterday looking for a running shoe. Even though there were staff standing around and the store was empty no one approached me to offer assistance. I approached a staff member and he was so disinterested in helping me that I just walked out. I would not recommend this store at all. There are so many other places to buy shoes at competitive prices.

I bought tekkie, for my son and left the box at the store. When I came back 2 days later to exchange for a smaller size. I was told I cannot exchange because I had no box. I told them I left the box at the store which their acknowledge. However they cannot exchange the tekkie. Money gone, left with a tekkie ill will never wear.
