2nd time coming here and I end up leaving without putting in an order. I don’t think the idea of having the same person taking your order be the one that preps it. I stood for 10min today and still hadn’t put in an order.
Cardboard for cones worst ever.. and nothing happens when you sumbit contact details as requested. Just another waste of time
Highly disappointed by the disgusting service I received from one of the ladies Brenda she was rude throughout the entire process when she took my order and dragged her feet when serving me. It’s a pity I can’t rate anything below 1 star, definitely never coming back here again. Oh and ABOVE the terrible service I received I found hair in the ice cream.
The service is terrible...the place is dodgy. So sad to have my happy place ruined.
I believe that I Milky Lane's speciality is in cold and warm dairy drinks and deserts. Bar one milkshake for R50, was not worth it and below average. Next time, I will stick with ice cream only. Restaurants that specializes in good food, serve better milkshakes at the same price.
Waited in line for 15 minutes one cashier on duty that handles cash and make cones without sanitizing her hands. Then she had to go to the back for a few minutes god knows why leaving the customers in wonder. The worst ever I walked out poor owner is wonder why his not making money get need personal before it's to late will never go back there

Ordered a Bar One hot chocolate, got home only to find out its something with a whole lot of milk and a dash or peppermint?!!! Everytime I go there its a disappointment. This is no way to retain customers.
Milkshakes, creamy, looks nice but not much flavour. Ordered 3 different types, all taste the same! Bubblegum, chocolate and stawberry.
Had the R74,90 waffle with all the goodies. I was a bit disappointed, expected more icecream.
