Received the worst customer service here. Had to email Franco to lay a formal complaint. Was showing serious symptoms of Covid-19 so I called them and placed an order for delivery. The order never arrived and the person I was communicating with was very hostile and lacked any form of sympathy or understanding. Very disappointed and will never make use of their services again.

Amazing service, friendly staff, excellent customer service. The only downside is that they can never find my script and I'm really disappointed by that because they should've told me to keep my own script knowing they don't have a system or filing. It costs money to go to the doctor and get a new script and that's their solution to the problem they created - unacceptable

Really good service from the pharmacists. I'm someone who gets very nervous about taking unknown medication or mixing medication, these pharmacists are patient, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to give me the information I need to feel comfortable. Have only visited twice but will definitely be back. My new go to pharmacy for advice and OTC medication. **BIG BONUS that they are open until 11pm AND in an area I feel safe enough to get out of my vehicle that time of the night. Keep up the good work!
