We, Catherine Kahts and Philippa Bredenkamp, together have accumulated over 15 years of study. We have focused our studies on Dietetics and Psychology with the aim of fusing the two fields together. We aim to optimize health through nutrition and in order to see this accomplished, we recognize that dietary implementation and maintenance begins with a mindset.
