Based at a Welness Centre open daily. Currently 1 class for Mini Me Yoga at 11-12am.The 15-minute plus program, which helps children focus, express themselves, and build mental and physical confidence, whilst having FUN!
“Once they have experienced the joy of this yoga, we are hoping parents will be inspired to take our Two Hour Workshop for Grown-ups and learn how to do the 15 minute program on their own in the home or classroom,” In the workshop, parents, teachers and childcare providers get to experience children’s yoga and learn how to bring 15 minutes a day of fun, yoga and positive thinking into their child's daily routine.
