You guys have fantastic products, our holiday home was done entirely with your stuff. Why do you not have beige coloured stuff? It seems a very popular colour to me?

Miss Lyn sells quality product and reasonal prices. We use their linens, shampoos, conditioners, hand soap and bedding in our Airbnb and they last much longer than other brands. I hirely recommend them.

Hotel quality are decent prices. They have a wide variety from bedding to towels to toiletries. They even have a discounts on their discontinued or rejected items, so don't forgot to have a look there.

You want the best in linen visit Miss Lyn shop you will not be dissapointed, if the linen you need is not on the shelves, they would gladly offer to knit and see it for you while you wait. You don't get great customer service like that most often.

Great quality linen and bedding and reasonably priced cushions.

Nice place. One of the few places where you get 100% cotton bedding that actually fits well. Fitted sheets are elastic all around and fit deep 35cm mattresses, something I'd been struggling to find. It seems most stores sell bedding that's expensive but 'cuts corners'. Miss Lyn cater for hospitality, but their stuff is same or lower price than department stores and better quality. One might find the colour options limited, but we just wanted proper and durable bedding. They also sell the lightweight 4 tog cotton duvet inners as well as economically priced memory foam pillows. Don't be put off by the location, just walk inside.

Horrendous service received. Low quality towels, one wash, and the threads come off. I complained via email to Miss Lyn, no response. Pathetic and incompetent. Unprofessional manager at Woodstock branch. Poor service from Woodstock branch, sale’s assistant had minimum clue about the memory foam pillows. One is hogged at the Woodstock store, watched like a hawk. Ridiculous. Get some training!!! If I could rate this store -1 I would.

The first duvet cover set - after the pre use wash the one side of the duvet cover was bigger than the other side, obviously not the same cotton used. Returned that set. Second duvet set just received - says "White" on the label but more off white color , thought after the first wash it will be better but not. The seam on the open side of the duvet is not stitched straight so will have to iron with hand iron first before press. Very disappointing.

Great service from the staff. Best quality on the products, definitely going back for more. If looking for 5 start hotel quality in your home linen this is the place.
