I arrived late and the branch was close already, however the warm welcome I received from security officer was so marvelous. I felt at home and at some stage I thought maybe the security officer is doing 2 different jobs at the same timebeing security officer and sales person

Poor service. they will remove certain parts on your vehicle so that it brake down and go back to them and they charge you ridiculous amounts...don't even try to go to this dealership I wonder why is mercedez not removing them bcs they giving it a bad name...very very bad

Verry poor treatment, I arrived first but my car was serviced almost last, supervisor friends are placed in the front, no matter what time they arrived . Very disappointed.

Went to collect spares. Everyone from the security guards who i asked directions to all the staff in the spares department where very helpful. Thank you

I received bad service from this dealership. I had to go and get my car because they couldn't help me. My car was with them for three days and they still couldn't tell me what the problem was. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
