Great service from Jurg and Heilda in the finance department is very lovely and explains everything to the tee

I had some smash and grab film replaced on my vehicle. The customer service was excellent thank you Jaco! I was very well entertained and well caffeinated while I was waiting. It was quick and efficient too, they did a very good job.

We love your cars but your service is really bad telephonically. I was so disappointed with how rude the receptionist was when we called . I'm even thinking if I should really buy my first car at Toyota . I hope you improve your services and customer service very soon.

I'm not sure if I was lucky or it's a everyday experience, I got there did what I wanted quickly and got what I was there for and left. The gentleman by the parts department is friendly and knows his job.

Very expensive and genuine parts

Have serviced my vehicle here before. Don't fault the service. I just wish whoever mans the phone would not sound so irritated, when the caller responds in English instead of Afrikaans. It left a sour taste in my mouth.

Passing through on our way to Kruger Park they sorted out a mechanical problem quickly and offered advice on some things I should sort out when I get back home. Very good service.
