I have been an account holder for years without having the need to use your services. I have recently sold my vehicle and have tried to call to cancel my account but nobody answers the phone. Just as a matter of interest I went to Mix Telematic's website to look at the reviews. I was shocked to read how many customers had the same complaint some going back > 6 months ago and still the problem persists. Clearly your business is not serious about rectifying the problem. When I informed the operator x2 who eventually answered the phone there was no apology forthcoming nor any sense of accountability for the frustration caused. If I had known this earlier I would have definitely canceled my account much earlier. It is shocking and disappointing and the company certainly doesn't deserve to be in business still. To any prospective customers please do your research and make an intelligent choice - there are a number of options available with much better offerings.
Worst service ever. They are quick to take your money but don't respond to calls and emails efficiently. I have in the process of canceling, they were quick to send a tax invoice but they are now quiet about sending through confirmation of cancellation.
Esther Khumalo has handed me over to attorneys because nobody in the company recorded my emailed request for cancelation which was sent on 7 December 2022. She told me there is nothing they can do about it and it's my responsibility to forward the cancelation again. I did that and today I received an email stating that my account has been handed over to lawyers. I called her at 16:15 and she told me she can't help me because she is already knocked off. According to Google, the company closes at 16:30. I will never ever make use of this company again as their internal structure causes businesses to be handed over to lawyers. Their afterwards service is horrible.
Quick and great when signing you up but when you have a problem they don't respond correctly and then when you do get a response they say they will fix it but it never gets resolved. They say please send your details and complaints theough via email, after that you don't hear back or get a response makes me regret using this service. Terrible. 0 stars.
Beware! The sales depth phoned me to inform me that my contract expired and I'd not valid until I upgrade the device at a significant premium. They failed to meet the installation date, couldn't get hold of anyone to assist. I then opted for another service provider. Now I'm handed over to debt collectors as I never canceled the contract which I was told expired. Thuis is one big scam
Extremely poor customer service, do not use them! I submitted a cancelation request in Jan 2023 where I received a settlement invoice which I paid on the same day and submitted PoP. Now months later I am still receiving emails stating that my account is overdue. I called customer service in April who advised that they would allocate the payment, yet I still keep getting invoices. No response when emailing customer service or the debtors team.
They deduct money from your acount when the debit order is due... then they send sms's saying that your account is overdue and that they will have you blacklisted!!! This makes me furious. I feel very tempted to cancel this contract and use another company..
I am in debt review because of this company despite my many attempts to cancel my contract with them!!! I had made it very clear to them that I am unemployed and can no longer go forward with theyre services as I have sold the two bikes that were registered with them.
Worst worst after sale service ever. Got a Beame installed after being forced by insurance. Once vehicle sold , I Have tried to call , but no answer for more than an hour. Send mails, but still nothing. Involved the broker and also only after a few mails the cancellation took place , received confirmation mails, and a agent called me or so I thought. Debit order still going off. If this is the kind of services they going to give once a car is stolen, then I do not know if one will ever see the vehicle again.
Please avoid this service provider, it will become a nightmare. They don’t answer calls or respond to queries. You send a cancellation request and then they call you a month later to say you are in arrears. This company is a scam artist. When you are on the phone with them and eventually get through the call cuts and they don’t even contact you back. Disgusting customer service. I have been trying to cancel my contract since October 2022 and still have not managed to do so yet they keep billing me every month. SCAM ARTIST CO, that’s all I can say.
