Appalling service! It took them a MONTH to cancel my account, and still went ahead to debit order my account after I cancelled. No one answers the phones, so you can't get any feedback at all. I cannot imagine that they can be very successful at tracking cars if their customer service is such a mess - be warned!
Matrix does not have good relationships with their roadside assist service providers and theses providers will charge you R900 to travel 1,5 km in working hours to jump-start your car just once. Matrix will not try and query this amount for you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND the company.
Please don't use this company. They don't answer their calls, they don't call you back, they don't reply to emails and will continue to debit your account even once your contract is over! I am still waiting for a response but I have had to contact my bank to not allow them to debit my account
The Branch in Vanderbijlpark Sold me the wrong tracker device and assure me my Insurance company accepts the device for Theft insurance. Unfortunately, my Insurance does not accept it and therefore I have to cancel my contract with Mix Telematix with a penalty of R900. It was in the week before the lockdown and thereafter I could not get in touch with them. Now after a while I still have to pay a penalty.
Not sure about the company but I can guarantee that the accounts department are a colossal disaster, the account had been cancelled uncountable times over the course of years and yet the invoices and billing keep coming none stop. They will more than happily take money from you without providing a service.
Over a week now that it's showing my vehicle standing in front of the residence, when the vehicle is on the road. Call customer support, keep getting cut off. When you eventually get through, they say it's an IT issue will be resolved in an hour, that was a week ago .... Submit a written complaint ...... no reply. Give them a miss, not the first problem I've had with them.
Bad service I have sent a cancellation email but no response they don’t pick up calls I have been debited fo a car that’s a right since 2019
Shocking, shocking shocking. Haven't helped when I wanted to move my tracking device to another vehicle. Great when you sign up ask for anything more after that and you stand a better chance of drawing blood from a stone.
Terrible service, sent an email for them to contact me with regards to sorting another two trackers out for my boss... 8 days AGO, still no response, I only received a reference number on 8 January, but no follow up since then. Terrible.
After 5 request to have my debit order cancelled I have just been charged for January 2014 This was after my vehicle was sold end of oct 2013
