Mogapi Optometrists

My glass frame had a missing screw and I took it with another part of glasses with the intention to inquire about how much it would be to fix my current glasses or to put my prescription lenses into my other pair of glasses hence using the other frame . I went Friday to inquire about all this and the lady said it would be done Monday. Monday I went to collect but she failed to inform me that they would actually pick up the glasses Monday and they will be done Wednesday instead . I’m currently left with my old prescription glasses and I’m having troubles studying . I’m writing Wednesday and I can’t miss any of my finals. She honestly inconvenienced me because if I had known they would only be picked up Monday and done Wednesday, I wouldn’t have left them I would have opted to get them fixed temporarily. I’m furious and disappointed because such small lack of information may led to me possibly failing if I don’t get my glasses back .
