Clean picnic sidewell maintained. Family friendly, couple friendly and peaceful. Bring all your picnic and braai supplies including your alcohol. No music or noisy speakers or noisy music . Nice, safe and clean place to go for a picnic and a game drive. I'm a Joburger so I found it beautiful although it doesn't have a lot of facilities. The staff was friendly.

Had a great day with the family. Saw Tsetsebi, Impala, Njala and a big group of giraffes. Roads need a bit of attention as some of the marked routes can't be driven anymore. Area around the picnic area is well maintained and fairly clean. Will be going back in the summer after the reserve gets some well needed rain.
Management need to trim the bushes to clear the roads. A lot of the roads are overgrown, with result that nobody in their sane mind would travel with their own vehicle, unless you don't care for your vehicle. Otherwise, it's nice. Picnic area: A lot of people drink liquer and beer, leaving it on the lawn. Looks like a rubbish dump when they leave. It's sad that security don't control this better.
