Just don't try ask them to accommodate your shipping requirements even if you are paying the shipping as it is too much of an inconvenience for Caitlin to ship items as requested. After multiple problems with the quality of goods, refusal to honor warranties, and blatant rudeness of the owner resorting to insulting my mother and deceased grandmother I have changed my moderately good review to one of absolute disgust. The first issue was when they never properly attached my clutch cable, causing it to pop off about a Km down the road. Second was blaming me for their faulty battery and refusing to honor the warranty. I bought another battery which I had to fill with acid at my cost myself. The second also was faulty and they dropped said battery when attempting to test it. Again they refused to honor the warranty. Stay clear of Montclair Motorcycles, you can find far better...

Purchased disc brakes from a stripped bike in decent condition for significantly cheaper than new discs would have been. Would certainly recommend for obtaining used parts.
