I was so embarrassed and shocked at the wellness clinic when one of the nurses shouted at me for asking for one more request on our way out that I had forgotten to ask for while we were in the nurses room getting a check up. She angrily said why didn't I ask her before, in front of other patients and my child, I was stunned and felt embarrassed by her choice of reaction. Also when we bring children in, please be more friendly, I have to explain to my child why she shouted at me and doesn't smile much. Extremely dissatisfied by the nurses treatment, it's like walking on eggshells when a person demeanor can seem so irritated, and I don't even possibly know why, cause we don't know each other personally

I absolutely love Mopani's coffee shop. They have the most delicious drinks. I am just disappointed today. I ordered 2 smoothies and paid for 2 smoothies, but Ingot in return 2 freezos, which are cheaper than the smoothies, so I did not get value for my money at all. Please make sure the workers focus and pay attention to what they are doing. Thank you.

I bought part of a prescription for my son's medication on May 8th and ordered the rest to pick up the following week! On the 29th of May it still hadn't arrived, and they said to pay for the medication the next day they didn't tell me I had to pay to order the medication!!, I've been buying this medication from my son for 10 years at Mopani! !! Today, May 8th, they informed that they don't have the medication, that it is out of stock in South Africa, and they don't know when they will have it. I HAVE MEDICATION FOR 3 MORE DAYS!!! NO MONEY AND NO MEDICATION!!! everything I wrote here I can prove it in whatsapp chat, in case someone responsible wants to intervene!!

My favourite pharmacy in Mbombela. Even has a nice little coffee shop. Very friendly staff and great range of products. I was specifically looking for essential oils and alcohol based hand sanitizer. Great choice to pick from and good pricing.

Mopani coffee shop toasted sandwiches to die for... absolutely delicious. A bigger seating area will most definitely draw more customers. Cosmetic counter ladies and gentlemen at the cashier desk very informative and suggested specials.

Most of my scripts i refill at mopani. Today the lady ay the self help counter was stunning. The way she welcomed each client was superb.well done. Portia is very helpful, friendly.

I'm quite surprised by the negative with the service from Mopani, especially whatsapp from the pharmacy..., I've been waiting for a concrete answer for a week, about an order placed more than 1 MONTH ago! they only respond days later and always with vague answers!... what is certain is that my son's medication will run out in 1 week, and apparently I'll have to produce it somewhere else! I've been buying his medicines with you for years... how unpleasant!

Had a bag taken at the door and exchanged for a ticket. I then forgot to pick up the bag again and had to drive back to fetch it. Definately should have remembered to go look for the bag afterwards however a consideration for the security to keep a lookout aswell as perhaps tape bags instead of take them?

Worst service ever in the fragrance area... They treat you like you are there to steal... Like everyone surrounded us like we were about to steal... Yukkkk I'm so livid... Everyone kept telling my siblings not to touch anything... I'm so disgusted
