I received bad treatment from one the staff member by the name of Mpho, the lady is unprofessional, she treated me as if I have to beg for her service, I called her several times to ask for assistance but never came back to me , I buried in December till today I have not received my memory book I paid for. I’m not happy with the service given.
Service of Motsisi's funeral is good from entrance they just give you a direction where you supposed to go and pay and service is very very good,I can't even complain about anything.I'm happy with Motsisi.
