This is the worst hotel experience me and my family ever had. Some employees are pleasant and helpful, but the man behind the main counter, Ketan, is the worst manager I've ever met. His unusual mind and faulty assumptions ruined our stay. No one should hire this type of individual as a manager, in my opinion, or your hotel will fail. I want owner or the management to call me for the complete scenario understanding and take appropriate action against this guy. Our booking was at the name of Khabir Khanna/Akshay Chopra. -------------------------------------------- Adding this following the idiotic people's responses. The one who is discussing rules and regulations...have no idea what hospitality is. The employees did not work well together. The swimming pool was filthy, and the staff requested us to wait until their cleaner arrived... We waited for almost 2 hours in the morning before this unusually minded guy Ketan said no one comes to clean and you can start the water filter of the swimming pool....like seriously?? Is this a guest job? And started assuming that we're delaying the check-out time. They stated that they would provide a breakfast buffet, however in the morning they stated that you have 2-3 selections from which to chose. Poor service.
Staff is very humble and cooperative, they helped me out of the way, thank you Gaurav and others . Room are specious but, beds are bit old style and so the mattress which need immediate attention. Food is excellent and staff is very friendly. Proximity is excellent. Food & drinks: Delicious
The bathroom was unclean and stinky. Disgusting ! when asked to clean the room service sprayed room freshner and refused to clean any further. Bedsheets and pillow covers were used and had a weird smell, not fresh. The property is good but room was a turn off. The person incharge needs to check thisRooms: 1/5

Charging money like sgs regenta but quality is even not the half of sgs regenta, they will charge you to the extend they can take from your pocket. We aware of desk manager; better you check sgs regenta online. I stayed in both hotel.Rooms: 3/5

Excellent property and location. Food and staff service & behavior were phenomenal. Mall road is about 2-3 km from the resort. Rooms do give the feeling of any 3-5 star category hotels.

It was a great experience staying in Mount View Hotel . Nearby to the main market and all other points. Exceptional hospitality by the hotel staff. Food quality was good as well. Overall a smooth stay.Rooms: 5/5
