Excellent service from Move A Pet, and specifically Sandi. Went above and beyond, worked endless hours to ensure all 3 our dogs made it safely from SA to Aus, no matter what obsticals were thrown in our way. Will highly recommend. Comes with a price, but they handle all the paperwork and has a much better line of communication with all the departments.

My last email to the company: "Hi Sandi You are completely right that none of what happened is your responsibility. I studied your "CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" that you referred me to and all other documents we received from you. I can actually not find what you are supposed to do, but mainly what you will not be held liable for and how I must pay. I do business in good faith, but this time I was disappointed. Find my extra cost payment and proof attached. Please send me the name of the person, number, and address, so I can rather arrange for my pet's documents to be collected myself."

Good evening, thank you very much for transporting our children, Alban and Chrisna Dunford's two cats, Cody and Bailey safely to Auckland. We were very impressed with the care and love the two were given on the trip. The safety of the cats was for us the most important as well. Thank you very much again for your excellent sevice!!
