Better space set up and easy to find items that one wants. I was able to be in and out in less than 20 minutes despite having to look around for things I didn't know I needed.
I was at the Beauty section and found 3 employees chatting they were not even bothered to assist me. I took soo much longer for me to find the product . I think some employees are not customer conscious and it sucks. I will stick to the dischem stores at Nelspruit.
Pharmacy is okay and aisle staff helpful. Clinic is a dead loss. You could wait until Christmas with only one person ahead of you.
I can't believe my first visit to this shop I was treated like a thief. I had security guards all over me accusing me of shop lifting. I'm so disappointed in how the staff still discriminates people based on their skin colour
The service at the covid testing station is terrible. The staff sit in waiting chairs while customers stand and they are totally disinterested to the point of being rude. The woman who did my test didn't even stop her cellphone conversation. I would rather drive to Nelspruit and get treated in a professional manner.

Like all Dischem stores this branch is fully stocked with most pharmacy products including plenty gift ideas. They also have a winter range in socks, gloves, slippers and hot water bottles. The staff are helpful and friendly. All Covid 19 rules are adhered to.
Drove all the way from Nelspruit to here, the only shop with a variety of water flossers, not Clicks, Mopani or SuperSpar had these.
Great service. If you find it online and it's in stock.
The most unwelcome staff have ever met in my life. No smiles no gratings, very very disappointing.
