Super impressed with the speed, friendliness and service I got from Mr Gate Mr Garage. They showed up within 30 minutes, fixed my issue a slipped garage door cable and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!
Great service, prompt and friendly. They did not charge much and was impressed as level of professionalism was very acceptable. Was informed of all work carried out. Am satisfied. Only thing that was a bit slow was receiving the invoice, but other than that would defiantly use them again.
Very quick and efficient service, I phoned in the morning and they were on site within 2 hours. The technicians were professional. I will definitely use this company again if required.
The response from Mr Gate was excellent. The technicians arrived at my home to install the new gate motor and I let them get on with it. I asked them if the gate rack needed raising and they confirmed it did. On asking how they would fix it Kaya replied that they would weld it in the new position.I said that this would not allow any adjustment and they agreed to weld a new bracket to the gate and then bolt the adjustable rack to this new bracket. All in all a very satisfactory job. They did leave a little bit of a mess which I had to clean.
I have had more people come to fix my gate from more companies than I can count. My most recent and worst nightmare was with Securitech. I got charged for and paid for something they did not actually do. It took months to get the owner on the phone to commit to correct the error and than I never heard from them so beware of Securitech. Mr. Gate is the only company I can rely on to fix a problem and return timeously if the problem persists. The call out fee is worth it from my perspective.

OUTSTANDING! Mr Garage came to replace the tension springs on my garage door. They were professional from the very first phone call. Their team were on time, friendly and quickly had our garage functioning again. The quoted price we received is what we had to pay- no hidden surprises. Thank you- you guys are brilliant!!
R550 call out fee, waived if they do the job. Had many other quotes and no one had a call out fee. Just a way to lock you in and limit consumer choice.
