Much better selection of children's and baby's clothing range. Even have added a school clothes section which is great. And as always service with a smile from the front door right through to the tellers. Thank you
Returns Policy Complaint & Lack of stock availability in stores. First the Mr Price Kids do not hold bigger than a size 5 for kids which is unfair for children with bigger feet. We are ultimately forced to use the men's section for shoes where prices are 50% higher. Secondly the Mr Price Main Store do not even have any men's sneakers or shoes available. As a last resort I went to the Mr Price Sport to exchange my sons shoes and I was told to go back to any of the other 2 stores to get a refund and there after can I purchase. Bare in mind I am a a Mr Price account holder. If after stating that fact they could help me right there It is very confusing that Mr Price will call itself a group when an exchange on clothing or foot items cannot been returned to any store Please review your returns Policy as this is completely unacceptable. There is no consideration that I went around to 3 stores without being Assisted. This is not the first time having an issues with these stores. In future I will not support the mall@carnival store. The lady at the Mr Pirce Sport also rudely clicked her tongue today after I tried explaining my situation. Terrible service on so many levels.
Best service from the lady at cell phone department,friendly and her product knowledge was TOP
Was in mr price at carnival mall got rob and ask for assistant but no help at all. And worst off al they dont even have camera's. The lady at the fitting room just stand there and say sorry cant help, lady at the still said sorry didnt saw any thing... no man
The worse customer service from the manager and Kgomotso. They both were rude to my daughter.
My phone was stolen at Mr price, Carnival mall. When I asked for help nobody came to my assistance, the cashiers and not even the SECURITY GAURD. The Mr Price staff took the matter very lightly. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
Although it was busy with more than usual shoppers, the staff was helpful & the paypoint queue long but fast moving.
Extremely poor online service. Have been waiting for a parcel for a month and they keep extending the delivery date. Very unhappy.
I'm in love with Mr Price Kids, oh my word.
Very unprofessional they don't open on time , always half an hour late .
