Mr Price Group

The service is very slow. The cashiers are more interested in talking with their fellow colleagues than actually doing their job. The self-checkout works but they refuse for customers to actually use it causing you to spend hours in queue all because they're lazy to do their jobs. Only giving it 1 star because I can't rate zero stars.

My aim was to pay the items using my Mr Price Account Card but well the cashier told me I have to provide my ID or driver's licence then I ran to my car to take my licence then when I came back I was told they are offline and they can't help me.

Service is too slow, shop is busy but service is bad, some till will be closed yet que are very long

Need urgent management of the queues

Got there and swiped some clothes and my transaction got pending till now...This is so very inconvenient and disappointing.
