Olivia store manager sees no problem with clients having to buy from the store room and are not able to move around the shop because of see-through tape being taped to shelves as all the staff are busy with stocktake. Olivia... retail shops should close their doors to customers and do stocktakes in the evenings so that the business does not loose money or clients.

Its 32C real feel 34C, and we have a shop full of winter clothing..Winter is not winter in Hoedspruit until late June if even. You lost a lekker sale.

Very bad attitude from staff. I fully understand whennservice is down but when staff refuses to share why I need to wait after payment,my understanding is non existant!! Why do I need to wait 40min after paying for the product just so staff can do their paperwork.... The rudeness was unacceptable!!!

No gift card packaging, staff don't know where stuff is, just terrible

Got all my gym gear nd casual clothes

Clothing are sometimes unorganised making it hard to find certain items but they have the essentials.

Not much range in size wise but at least a clean shop

Good variety of clothes
