Mr Price Home Ilanga Mall

The aircon in the shop is just never working or so I am told. It is always extremely hot inside. There are 5 employees behind the counter but only one is serving customers while there are many people in the queue. If it is quiet, no one is serving customers and then another employee is called who would take forever to shuffel behind the counter. Shopping here is not a nice experience, unfortunately it is the biggest Mr Price Home in town.

Not well set out, no prices showing, no assistance from staff. I usually love Mr Price Home store, but this one is lacking discipline of staff and management. So disappointing!

Turned away at the pay point because I did not have ID. There has never been communication that credit purchase must be accompanied by Identification document.

The assistant manager in middleburg and ilanga mall were fabulous in helping me get an item from the one store to the other. Took 2 weeks to get here, which was too great, but Soloman from ilanga mall stayed on top of it.

Well stocked with a lot of variety. Staff patient and helpful. Let the store happy and anticipating to return.
