Friendly and helpful staff. Assisted on sourcing items that were out of stock from another branch. Staff knowledge of what is actually in store is occasionally lacking and the queues block the actual goods aisles at peak times, but overall a pleasant experience.

The store assistance were chatting amongst themselves,they chase customers out by speaking amongst themselves that they do not have transport loud enough for the customer to hear.The variety I small.Bg opportunity for expansion as the store itself is very small and uncomfortable. There are many students that shop at the mall.Big opportunity for a much bigger variety of styles.The shop requires to be like the Mr price in liberty mall .J promise you that store would make alot of money. The air-conditioning has not been working for days.The look and feel is very outdated .Make it look enticing for customers so that we can actually enjoy it.

Good service neat store.

I have been trying to get in touch with the store_one Telkom line is not working_2 I have to call mr price call centre to put me through to the store. First call was waiting just over 6min. I hung up. 2nd call 2min 30s the call said something went wrong with transfer. How can making a call to any store feel like rocket science??

It's good for emergency clothes shopping

Very convenient store. Has affordable clothes for everyone, plus clothes are of high quality you wouldn't think they are affordable. Not great for shopping for children

It very small compare to the one in one and you don't usually get sales or price to go items...the stuff will rate them 3/5

I find this store cramped and unorganized. I had no assistance when I wanted to try on my items and just walked into the change rooms. There were 5 customers in the line and only 1 cashier available.

staff was a bit unfriendly i had ordered online and was doing a pick up but they refused to give me a plastic bag to put my delivery.
