Brand new wing looks stunning

Nice little store, wide range of cd's and dvd's. Lots of accessories, earpgo es, speakers, games and more. Staff is helpful and can get most requests on order. Box sets of your favourite series available.

The prices are steep for the products they sell, but they sell good quality products and lots of good name brands. They have good deals on DVDs and a large selection of CDs. They also have a wide range of Head phones and cables for music purposes.

Staff were more interested in playing their music and having a dance party than helping their customers. In the time I was in there I watched many customers put down what they were going to buy and walked out.

Inspect any CD's that you want to buy from this place. I got my dad to pick up a Metallica album which is for a birthday present. The CD case had been re-sealed with cellotape. Cracks on the front and back of the case. Dirty fingerprints inside of the case. Marks on top of the CDs and dust on the under side. Try to use an alternative music store if at all possible! All this at the price of R179.95 and a 55km round trip to collect the product. What a joke! They did however correct the problem after I was not able to find an alternative store that would ship in time or wasn't too far away so I decided to call their head office. They had a replacement in new/sealed condition couriered in from on of their other stores in time. So I made 55km round trip again and this time had a new product although the packaging wasn't 100% intact. But why should we have to go through this? Are the employees in the stores not trained properly or is it just laziness that the do not care about finding a solution if there is any effort involved?

For music CD's, DVD's, gaming, and the hardware to go with it, this franchise rarely let's one done when look for your latest requirements. The mall staff are also very helpful.

Great place. Great service. And they even ensure to get you a DVD or cd you want, if they don't have it.

Very tiny. Not much choice in accessories or gaming. Has no action figures/t-shirts/key rings...The stuff that makes Musica Musica.

It's ok, but who buys music or games any more? Everything is online now days. Sad to say this store won't be here in the next few years
