MR Price(Walmer park)

I received SMS s informing me that I have ' won R200 ' in a lucky draw for shopping on black Friday. The access code for withdrawing the cash was never sent to me. Enquiries resulted in empty promises. Not good for your companies image !! .

3 of the 7 tills open during festive season with 50 plus people in line

Very decent staff, assisted very well with opening of an account and making purchases, ques get long, but surprisingly customers are assisted swiftly and the wait isn't unbearable like other clothing stores. a wider selection of mens clothing would be an upgrade as only 20-25% of the overall space is used in the store for the mens section and is unfortunately crammed into on concer on the right hand side of the store, making it feel quite stacked and cramped when browsing. Overall a Good clothing store, quality garments and fair prices.

Great prices on nice pieces, but the available sizes were either too big or too small.

The worse Mr Price I have been to. Chose 2 tops and could not try it on cause the fitting rooms were closed due to repairs. How on earth does a clothing store not have fitting rooms, it was month end which is when people shop. And the staff was not even helpful.

Still in developing process. Seems at present as if there is not many people going there. Shops appear to be more the upmarket type.

Payments lines are are always a waiting period

Very silly merchandising. Clothes are hung up to the ceiling, much too far for anyone to possibly reach no matter how tall you are. And the staff are so unhelpful, they will rather watch you struggle than stop their chatting to help you. I had to find and drag a ladder across the store to try and get something down by myself. Pathetic.

Shocking service. 2 Cashiers for around 20 clients. Took around 15 minutes to find another cashier. Absolute rude arrogant service from some of their staff! Won't see me again!

Absolutely useless. Waited 15 minutes for them to get a price on something. Ddnt even apologies for the wait. Could care less weather I was there or not
