Good quality and service from the Refinery team the new store is perfectly located near H & M and factories store. The offering is limited and there is a wider range of products that can be found at Baywest.

Visited Refinery, Walmer today. Such a disappointing experience with the staff. Not friendly at all, they don't greet or make eye contact.  Rather go to the store at Baywest, much nicer staff there.

Friendly staff so helpful...clean shop Keep up team
