Awesome service everytime I buy stuff from them

Team always has what is needed and appreciate the support and knowledge. Parking is tough on busy days, but the customer turnover ensures that the weight is never long. The selection is great for the DIY, but not sure on a commercial level.

The staff is very friendly and proffessinal i was served within 2minutes of my arrival They create a friendly atmosphere

The selection of stuff is fairly small and we did not find what we were looking for. I am pleased though that these small specialist shops are still surviving in Port Elizabeth.

Had a terrible experience at Mr Screw. Arrived at 16 30 16 30 being closing time with an urgent issue only to be shunned in a manner of complete disregard. Unfortunate that businesses are so inflexible in this day and age.
