Charging an account customer handling fee for supplying the wrong product, not on.

A great experience turned sour, as I had the worst experience at this business! If you buy a product from Ibayi Bolt and try to return the item they charge a 15% handling fee that is not stipulated anywhere other than on the receipt after you have already purchased the item. If I was informed of this before purchasing the item, I would never have bought it! The thing that really got me upset was the way in which the manager handled the situation, rather rudely and insistent that it's company policy whether I am told or not. I will never recommend this store.
Doesn't make sense why they call themselves Bolt & Nut especially in PE but they never have stock. We need more competitors in PE .Service is the worse, Stood there for almost 10mins and noone was helping me.

They are reasonably priced hardware store and give a good service. What they dont have, they will order for you.
