Always a pleasure to deal with these gents. Very knowledgeable on most every one of their products. Service is excellent and am always happy to refer them to others.

Visit started shaky when assistant 1 said he doesn't think they have the item. A lazy response I 1st thought. A colleague found it on the shelf. Assistant 1 cashed the sale. Another colleague stopped me before leaving coz a new battery gets fitted normally. I experienced 3 levels of service..poor, mediocre & excellent. Mixed feelings.
