MTFC will offer you a place where you can come and go as you please. Enjoying a variety of classes such as Muay Thai fitness, Boxing, Self-Defence, Boot camp & Strength & Conditioning. For those that prefer to be left to their own devices, there’ll be free weights, cardio and gym equipment for your full body workouts.
